Welcome to April Valley RV Park:
April Valley RV Park is a destination fishing and campground RV park. April Valley is situated on 130 acres in northern Pickens County, SC. Our RV Park offers a beautiful, peaceful and quiet setting for serious minded RV enthusiasts who enjoy fishing, experiencing the surrounding wildlife, the upstate lakes and mountains, and seek a small town atmosphere.
April Valley is located 3 miles from the town of Pickens (population 3,000), about 5 miles from the city of Easley (population 19,000) and 10 miles away from the city of Greenville (population 61,000). While all three cities are small, you have a choice of spending time in a small town or an up and coming city. April Valley is 10 miles from Table Rock Mountain (3,600 feet above sea level) and Table Rock State Park (9,300 acres), and it is 10 miles away from the shores of Lake Keeowee and Lake Jocassee. Fishing:
At the center of the April Valley RV Park is a 12 acre, 40 foot deep, cold-water lake, with a 200 foot water fall. The lake is stocked annually with Rainbow and Brown Trout, Catfish, Bass, Shellcrackers, Coppernose and Bluegills.
Those who stay at the park are welcome to fish, at no additional cost. No fishing license is required.
The Lodge:
At the April Valley RV Park we have recently roofed in a 4,000 square foot lodge for visitors to the park. The lodge will soon include rest rooms, showers, multi-purpose rooms, a laundry, and a kitchen area. The lodge will be handicap accessible.
Once completed, you will be able to book the lodge for parties, weddings and conferences. Call to make reservations.
